Acceptable Use Policy
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation material. Illegal, exploitative, abusive, or sexually inappropriate content involving minors is prohibited. Suspected illegal material may result in immediate suspension, preservation of relevant information, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
1. General rule
You may use MicRiffCast only for lawful podcast production and related preparation. You must not upload, display, record, store, distribute, request, encourage, or facilitate prohibited content or conduct.
2. Child safety
- child sexual abuse and exploitation material;
- sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or degrading depictions of minors;
- grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or instructions that facilitate exploitation of a child;
- content that identifies or exposes a child in a manner that creates a serious safety risk.
3. Sexual abuse and privacy violations
- non-consensual intimate images or recordings;
- voyeuristic or secretly recorded intimate material;
- sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or threats to distribute intimate content;
- content recorded or shared without legally required consent.
4. Violence, threats, hate, and serious harm
You must not use MicRiffCast for credible threats, targeted harassment, incitement of violence, terrorist activity, hateful conduct that promotes serious harm, or instructions intended to facilitate violent or other serious criminal activity.
5. Rights and technical abuse
You must not upload or use content you do not have the right to use. Malware, destructive code, attempts to bypass access controls, fraud, impersonation, phishing, spam, or interference with the service are prohibited.
6. Enforcement
MicRiffCast does not promise to pre-screen every upload. It may review stored files or account activity when necessary to operate the service, respond to a complaint, investigate suspected misuse, protect users, or comply with law.
Possible action includes warning, file removal, access restriction, immediate account suspension, termination, preservation of records, and reporting to law enforcement or a legally designated reporting body where appropriate or required.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected misuse through the contact information published on micriffcast.com or supplied in Host communications. Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected illegal material in an attempt to document it.
