Applicants provide express consent when they accept the policies and submit the Host application. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that guests, listeners, and other participants receive appropriate notice and provide any consent required for recording and later publication.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, storage, networking, security, transcription, or other service providers used to operate MicRiffCast. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law, necessary to protect a person or the service, or connected with investigation of suspected illegal activity.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Information may be stored in Canada or in other locations used by MicRiffCast's service providers. Application and account records may be retained for administrative, security, legal, and audit purposes. MicRiffCast uses administrative, technical, and access-control measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may request access to or correction of personal information associated with you, subject to legal and operational limits. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal compliance, backups, dispute resolution, or investigation.

7. Updates and contact
